This site is likely to become eclectic as time goes on. For now, it houses information about family genealogies, to wit,
- The Montgomery Family Tree (static) began with many years’ work of Floyd and Adeline Montgomery and was continued by their daughter, Paula, with input from other family members over the years. This tree remains mostly in the state it was in at the time of her death in 2021.
- The Wm Anderson McCoy Family Tree (static) is so-named because its starting point was the family formed by William Anderson (“Anse”) McCoy and his wife, Mary Eugene Hoylman, who originated in Pike County KY and western Virginia (now West Virginia) in the mid-1800s and migrated west to Nebraska in the aftermath of the Civil War. From that point, the tree branched out widely.
- Interactive versions of the family trees are more easily navigable than the above. They are, also, editable and so more likely to be edited and updated, at least the McCoy tree.
